We deliver SmartHR as a containerised application (Docker / Kubernetes) you install in your own infrastructure. We provide deployment runbooks, an installation engineer for the initial setup, and ongoing version-update releases. You operate the infrastructure; we maintain the application.
Yes. Enterprise includes source-code access and an SDK for building custom modules. Many of our enterprise customers have internal HR-IT teams who extend the platform themselves; we provide architecture guidance and code review.
Custom — we quote based on deployment model (private cloud vs on-premise), scope of customisation, support level, and number of employees. Typically engagements start around USD 50,000/year for cloud-hosted enterprise; on-premise deployments are quoted separately.
For a cloud-hosted enterprise deployment with standard modules: 4–8 weeks from contract signature to first payroll run. For on-premise with custom modules: typically 12–20 weeks depending on scope. We deliver in phases so country-by-country rollout starts early.
Yes. You provision the AWS / Azure / Google Cloud account. We deploy SmartHR into it. You retain ownership of the infrastructure, the data, and the encryption keys. We handle application-level operations under a Managed Service Agreement.
