Yes. Each role has its own salary structure template. Doctors might have a base + admission allowance + on-call rate + private-practice split; nurses have base + shift differential + ward allowance; locums have a per-shift rate with PAYE withholding. All in the same system, no spreadsheets.
Each clock-in or roster slot is tagged with the facility. Hours roll up by facility for cost-centre reporting (each facility's P&L is correct), but the employee gets a single combined payslip from one employer. Multi-facility staff sharing is a first-class feature, not a workaround.
Each clinician's file includes their licence (medical, nursing, allied health), board certifications, BLS / ACLS, mandatory infection control, CME credits.
